FaceCake developed a digital frame that included a suite of software allowing users to add animations and other effects to their photos which they could then display on the frame. I was the owner of every step of the design and production of the box artwork, instruction manual and DVD authoring. This included sourcing production facilities and managing relationships with vendors through the printing and fulfillment process across multiple runs and different iterations of the product.
